Paul Ernst joins Andersen with more than 25 years of experience in digital transformation, technology integration, and building resilient businesses. He will oversee the technology integration of Andersen Global member firms, partnering with legal and risk teams to strengthen the firm’s approach to AI, cybersecurity, and compliance. His experience navigating regulations and streamlining operations will help Andersen stay secure and adapt to a rapidly changing technology environment.

Neal Livingston is a highly respected financial executive who steps into the role of Chief Financial Officer at Andersen Global. He brings decades of global experience, including senior roles at Standard Chartered, RBS, and Commonwealth Bank. As Global CFO at Dentons and Freshfields, he led key expansion and restructuring efforts. Neal’s financial expertise and strategic focus will help drive Andersen’s growth and performance.

Ed Prokop brings over 25 years of legal experience focused on complex business and real estate transactions. He will play a key role in Andersen’s strategic acquisitions, guiding the seamless integration of new teams across the global organization. With a background advising investment funds, banks, and high-net-worth individuals at top international law firms, Ed’s expertise in complex transactions, asset management, and dispute resolution will be essential to supporting Andersen’s continued global expansion.

Gregory Vistica will serve as the Head of Investor Relations for Andersen, bringing nearly 40 years of experience in financial communications, investor relations, and corporate positioning. As a former investigative journalist and founder of Washington Media Group, he has developed high-stakes narratives that influence capital markets and corporate reputation on a global scale.
