BIOQUAL, Inc., announced today that Mr. Michael P. O’Flaherty will retire from his role as a BIOQUAL Board Member effective May 1, 2025. Mr. O’Flaherty served as the Chief Operating Officer and Secretary of the Corporation until he retired in 2015 at which time he was elected to the BIOQUAL Board. Mr. O’Flaherty is 86 years old and has served as a Director since 2015. His retirement is not connected to any disagreements with the Board’s policies or practices.
