Throughout her career, Hargett has built high-performing teams while driving revenue growth across traditional and digital channels. As Vice President of Business Development at The Trade Desk, she led strategic partnerships and revenue initiatives across the East Coast and Canada. Prior to that, she was SVP of Agency Partnership and Advanced TV for Ampersand, where she implemented data-driven CTV activation and measurement solutions. She also worked at NBCUniversal for 16 years, spearheading cross-platform advertising solutions across sports, Olympics, and entertainment properties.
