Transitioning to the private sector, she applied her expertise to enhance accounting systems, budgeting, forecasting, and financial risk management.
Since joining Dome in 2019, Matoza has played a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s financial operations. She is an active member of the Construction Financial Management Association and is involved in Dome’s initiatives to support women in construction.
