Alongside other international employers such as Google, Microsoft, Visa, and IBM, TTEC Poland regularly hires English-speaking candidates for roles that include customer service representative, digital sales representative, credit risk analyst, and software engineer. While salaries vary by sector and experience, customer service specialists typically earn between 35,000 and 235,000 PLN annually, and software engineers earn between 50,000 and 418,000 PLN annually.
A study conducted by ResearchGate based on data gathered from over 600,000 respondents found that English proficiency correlates with higher earnings in Poland. According to the report, men with ‘good’ or ‘very good’ English skills earn nearly 60 percent more than their peers who do not speak English, while women proficient in English generally earn 50 percent more.
